Lead the future of Toronto healthcare with ELF

The ELF team is looking for:

  • Communications and Content Lead

  • Events Co-Lead

  • Grants and Sponsorship Lead

 

 

Communications and Content Lead

(1 positions; 1 or 2 year term; renewable)

ELF is seeking a social media and content lead to maintain and grow our organization's social networks. As a social media and content lead, you will update our social networks, create and curate content to gain new followers, and keep our website up-to-date.

Your core role:

  • Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build organization awareness

  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others

  • Manage and create content for our blog, and maintain our website

  • Create, or help team with, visual templates for posters, emails, and other media campaigns

  • Monitor and take lead on external communications, including through social media, the ELF email, form submissions, and others

Expected commitment is roughly 8hrs/month (3 hour/in-person meeting once a month, 4 hours/virtual meetings) – and is an incredible opportunity to drive impactful connections between emerging and top-tier transformational leaders

Events Co-Lead

(1 positions; 1 or 2 year term; renewable)

ELF is looking for an engaging and passionate Events co-Lead to collaborate with our current Events Lead in organizing and overseeing our events to make an memorable impact to our membership. As the Events co-Lead, you will ensure our events are successful and cost-effective.

Your core role:

  • Brainstorming and planning events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, event type, and objectives

  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

  • Coordinate roles and handling logistics on day of event to ensure success

  • Analyze event's success and prepare reports to improve subsequent events

GRANTS AND SPONSORSHIP LEAD

To continually support our emerging leader community, the Emerging Leader Forum executive are looking to recruit an emerging leader with strong interest in growing our organization through partnerships and national eminence. This leader will join our executive team to drive a spectrum of applications for grants, awards, partnerships and sponsorships. No experience required, but keen interest and passion are a must!   

Key initiatives within your portfolio include:

·        Develop grant applications

·        Seek out sponsorship opportunities (both local and international)  

·        Drive award recognition

First and foremost we are looking for fit. There is no formal deadline for applications. We will continually accept applications on an ongoing basis till a best-fit is identified. We look forward to meeting you! Kyle Gervais
