The ELF team is looking for:

Communications and ecosystems co-lead
(1 positions; 1 or 2 year term; renewable)

Are you passionate about communications and fueling our ecosystem of emerging leaders? ELF is looking to recruit a transformational leader to elevate our strong message in the market and catalyze our volunteer force.  

 Your core role:

• Develop and initiate ambassador volunteer program
• Be a guide prior, during, and after events to our distinguished leaders (e.g., presenters)
• Managing communications and act as ‘main point of contact’ with distinguished leaders
• Generate data informed insights to support decisions on events, activities and key messaging

Expected commitment is roughly 8hrs/month (3 hours/in-person meeting once a month, 4 hours/virtual meetings) – and is an incredible opportunity to drive impactful connections between emerging and top-tier transformational leaders within our health system.
